Good Day For A Walk

Yesterday morning around 9 o'clock, I set out for a walk around town. From my Northside neighborhood I walked to the downtown library, had brunch at Loaf & Ladle, checked some prices at Sunny Schick, went to the Botanical Conservatory (which I haven't visited since grade school) and took pictures of butterflies, got a smoothie at the Dash In,

I drive past the conservatory all the time but haven't been there for years. I love butterflies - they represent beauty and freedom to me.
The Dash-In's cool too. About ten years ago it was a popular hang out for teens - then they started selling beer and you had to be 21 to enter. Back in those days it seemed like I'd never reach the age 21...man was i wrong...memories...
