I'm getting married at the end of the month, and I'm going back and forth between doing my own hair or getting it done. I've been growing it out for two years just for the wedding, so I kind of want to have it down. I really really like this.

For this style, you'll want to start your curls a little bit further down the hair, so the smooth top part (where the waterfall braid is) doesn't get curled. Your best bet is to curl a small section of hair, wrapping it around the curling iron with all the hair as close to itself as possible. Once you're done curling it, coil it in your hand--if you hold your palm, the curl will "fall into" your palm in a little circle. This picture is a good example of what I mean. Pin each curl to your head while it cools (for as long as you can stand!) and spray before taking down. The tighter curls should last a long time, because they've cooled in a tight, coiled position ( ... )
