The weird thing is, I have no idea what Blue's trying to prove or where she's going with any of this folderol. The most obvious answer is that she's trying to prove that just because animals mate and procreate, doesn't mean that all humans must do the same. Well, duh, but no-one on the thread has ever made the point that "Animals have sex to have babies, so humans must do the same!". And she's directing all her comments at people IN the thread.
She's admitted that it's an attitude ("animals have sex to have children, so humans must do it too!") she's come across repeatedly elsewhere, so I can only assume she's learned most of her arguments by rote or something. The problem is that GAFF isn't populated with evangelical parents, so she'd be better off retooling her argument so that it applies to a more moderate crowd. Of course, that suggestion originally came from Tripathy, and in Blue's eyes she's a verbose troll who resorts to ad hominem attacks all the time.
