saiyuki is such a good manga!!! don't know how the anime is though; I got the impression it wasn't as awesome.

tempura sweet potatoes are pretty good, but that might just be me. I've never tried making it myself, though, wow!

Yeah, Val told me the manga was extremely good but the anime is good in its own right. Having not experienced Saiyuki before, I enjoyed the show.

Hmmm, sweet potatoes. I'm not usually a fan but everything tastes good with tempura on it. Perhaps that will be our next experiment. :D
