I have the same problem in that I am pretty sure I don't have celiac but I do not tolerate wheat well. It is hard to avoid the allure of the bagel until after I've eaten one and I start to feel tired and bloated. Also, the coffee shop down the street from us has delicious, fresh cheese danishes every Thursday morning. Very very tempting.
