re: french onion soup. are you saying you're substituting miso broth for beef broth, or that you're replacing french onion soup with miso soup? if the former, i'd be interested in a recipe/guidelines-kinda thing.

re: kale juice. best with apple juice, or any other sweet hard fruit. a good combo is kale, cucumber, celery, spinach, apple, ginger. also, carrot/apple/ginger is amazing. so is carrot/orange/ginger. as well as carrot/lemon/ginger. etc.

Miso broth as a replacement for beef broth, basically. I do something about like this, but with the substitution: http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/tyler-florence/french-onion-soup-recipe2/index.html.

I've been told Libraries are now having ebooks. The selection is probably not going to rival Amazon, but the "free" might be nice everyonce in a while.

Fancy treehouse! I feel like that is an excellent way to spend your money, assuming you have lots and lots of it.

If you keep climbing, just FYI Max and Jill (my roommate and our IHOP driver) go almost every Sunday afternoon. Max may go weeknights as well, but not sure if he has a schedule or not. Jill has a wacky schedule (flight attendant) so may be able to go during the day. Let me know if you want me to put you all in touch.

Feel you on the ebooks. Are you an Amazon Prime member? You can "rent" one free book a month.
