New York Times has a great list of simple summer recipes: 101 Quick Summer Meals.
They claim they’re all under ten minutes, and I doubt that, but still fast and easy. Fairly healthy, too, for the most part, and cheap. I copied all the ones that fall in my weird quasi-vegetarian diet and am going to try to work my way through them.
