My mom just celebrated her 7th birthday. 7 years of sobriety. I'm so proud of you mom. I know it's not easy so i'm glad you have Eric. It's been almost a year I think since the last time I smoked green. You're my inspiration. I love you.

Did really well my 1st time playing Texas Hold'em against strangers. I'm definetly going back. There were about 20 of us and I was the 9th one left. So I found out a while back that Club Juana has Texas Hold'em nights on Wednesdays. I figured I go check it out since the few times i've played friends I won most of the money. So this way I can see how good I am against local strangers. It's not for money though... it's a point system. So at least there is no money risk involved.

We had one of those jaw dropping moments at work tonight. It wasn't too busy but Thursdays nights is when the new entertainment is. A 12 year old girl who does Hula Hoops. I'm drawing again. Luke made me promise to get back into my art. So I stopped by Michael's the other day and they had art pads for sale. So I bought a new one. I'm just sketching right now though. Nothing too major. I am trying to come up with a nice sized art idea. That might take a while. At least it's a start.

So Tuesday night it actually happened. I got many calls from my mom and my dad (who both behaved well around each other) about Annie. Around 8:30pm she gave birth to a beautiful girl.
