INSANITY
Went to sleep in the back room, with dog on futon. 2:10am, three rounds of slow, loud bangs directly below. This is completely consistent with crazy-man-downstair's behaviour in the past. He is jealous of hearing me do anything up here - this time, cooking a turkey - and he retaliates by banging on the wall, directly below. He has been here for

Why do people have to be actively terrible to each other?

When the officer was suggesting cameras, I think he slipped very briefly into saying 'audio'. But having a recording of bangs probably would not be sufficient proof, because anyone could say that I was the one making the bangs. I have been keeping a journal of this for a few years. The landlord/s have seen this, but they just want to make their money.
