I felt pretty good today, washed the bowls, etc., used for that giant batch of so-called cornbread.  Which turned out great, texture-wise, but wasn't as delicious as the last time I made it.  I used cornmeal, corn masa, multi-grain GF flour, rice meal, instant potatoes, plus the peas, lentils, corn, etc.  But the corn masa was going stale, the

That is some old food! Whoa! Yeah I’d worry about you getting sick from bad food... I’m hoping to make bread today... I bought 25lbs of flour at the start of this and I think I have 4 loaves left right now...
