Go you and your bad-ass 5k hiking self!!! That looks like a very inspiring trail and a brilliant way to spend a day off.

It is a lovely trail, actually I combined two of the trails today. The only downside is that I hit those hills at about 8-12 minutes in, right at that time when I feel the lowest during a workout. So I kinda lost out on recovering into the zone. But hey, after that the rest was cake.

Those hills kinda shattered any delusions I had about my fitness, tho. Long way to go yet. But they were pretty steep, at least a 25% grade, and I think anyone would have been winded.
