I agree about Jake - every picture of him lately (People mag, etc.) has him walking, biking, eating, boarding a plane, spending time with his family... Considering he grew up in LA (with two parents in the business), it never ceases to amaze me how normal he appears.

BTW, is he or is he not dating Reese...

I love Jake and his boring self. He honestly is one of those people that you can sit there and imagine really being friends with. I also read he likes to cook steak so that right there makes him BFF material for me. Then mix in his love for his family, how he spends his Friday nights and the fact that he does his own grocery shopping and I am one step away from finding him and asking to be friends so we can go on shopping trips together and go buy the new Harry Potter book next month.

I also think they take so many pictures of him in hopes that he will do something out of the ordinary for Jake. Flip someone off, crash his car several times ala Miss Lohan.

OMG, Twin Peaks. I spent so many hours obsessing about it, and listening to the soundtrack, both tv series and movie.

Is Jake involved (ever/still) with Reese Witherspoon? I read an article about Reese a couple months back that said that one reason she liked being with Jake was because "he's such a homebody", which she is too. It's nice to read about movie stars who aren't stuffing themselves full of drugs and alcohol at every opportunity.

There were/are rumors that they were/are dating but nothing confirmed. They've never been photographed anywhere together (except on the set) and neither has acknowledged any relationship. Every article in US weekly or whatever has consisted of "here's a bunch of stuff about Reese and a bunch of stuff about Jake and why we think it'd be super cute if they were dating."

They might be dating. Who knows? If they are, they're playing it very close to the chest.
