Sing. Sing a song. Then shut up.

So tonight is my big audition for the Columbus Symphony Chorus. I'm not really nervous, I'm just wondering if my crappy sight-reading (soooo out of practice) will be a deal-breaker. Guess we'll find out ( Read more... )

But the spoilers he's posted before were accurate. And the ones so far from his recap jibe with the episode preview. I think he's for real, he's just jerking our chains.

I agree. I've about had it with Rocketman's teasing, too. Post it or shut up/go away. Enough is enough.

Did you see that Sars just stepped in and bitchslapped him a little bit?

I feel kind of bad for the guy. Here he thinks he's being all helpful and stuff...but on the other hand, come ON. Don't tell us you have a big huge recap and then say you can't post it.

Just read it - glad Sars bitchslapped. Rocketman needs to shut up already, start typing and then post the damn thing. I don't doubt he's seen it and wants to help and all but it's gotten ridiculous and if he doesn't stop it, Sars is going to ban him.

Just popping by to say "break a leg" at your audition.

If you're really into it, I don't think that the sightreading will make that much of a difference. I'm sure you'll pick it up again with practice, anyway.

Break a Leg.

This is getting creepy. anonymous August 16 2005, 17:59:17 UTC
Ok, I've never commented on your LJ before, mainly because I have no LJ as of yet and you have no idea who I am anyway, but I've always liked reading it because we seemed to have many similar interests. HP (a delusional fan, of course), TWOP (I'm Mazarin over there, and hang out a lot in the West Wing/Lost/Pixel Challenge/Commercial thread forums), science (Environmental Protection [read hazardous waste, air and water quality and the like, not birds and bunnies] major, Chemistry minor). All that was well and good and not-too-strange until you mentioned your audition for chorus...I was a musical theatre major at the very beginning of my college experience, until I realized I need a "real job." Nice to know I'm not completely alone in the world, so to speak.

You've got more guts than I have...break a leg. Sight-reading is like riding a bike. I'm sure you'll do wonderfully.
