London Day Five: Seeing Friends

My fifth day in London was a bit harried!  I was meeting up with two different sets of online friends.  The first was some fellow Bryn Mawr alumnae.  One of them lives in London, one was vacationing there with her husband at the same time I was.  We met for tea at the Wolseley, which was lovely.

After an errand to buy some new shoes, I took a wander

My Harrods story is that we were on our way to the Georgian Court Cafe (near the top floor) for tea and we got lost and stopped at another restaurant for directions. My husband ended up sitting down and having a snack (we were both extremely tired and cranky). We did finally get to tea and it was very nice.
