Bookcrossing...
Is that not when you find a book and you are meant to take it, read it and leave it somewhere else for someone to find? I found one of those once...back in 2004. I left it in San Deigo! (so it got pretty far from England...)

I owe Paxford a life debt for introducing me to Thursday Next. I love the whole series - but adore "The Well of Lost Plots" the most. I've now got them all, so can re-read at my leisure.

I have an online friend (from the Gatchaman fandom) who lives just outside of Swindon. She doesn't read fiction (except fanfic!) and had no idea why the sudden interest in Swindon - until I explained to her.

She finds it terribly amusing, because she says Swindon is a hole!
