What? A job?! I need to sit and chat with you over the phone. :)

I want a quince tree.

I made a salad of toasted bread bits, basil, tomatoes, toasted pine nuts and vinaigrette. Pretty tasty and didn't need the cheese when all was said and done.

We have been eying pesto recipes, but have been planning on subbing almonds for pine nuts.

We had our first garden tomatoes yesterday as BLTs and homemade salsa. I think caprese pasta is next.

Ooh, BLTs sound yummy-- we ate our sill-ripened tomatoes plain actually, but I think I prefer them with other things.

Caprese pasta sounds good.
