Hmm true, but H.G. is still technically incarcerated, she has little to no culpability. Myka can't hold her responsible for anything that goes on, and she get's the confidentiality, she's bound by the same basic thing. Sierra on the other hand has some culpability, but really she's not in a position to make big decisions either...We'll see
