I'm talking about the Emoji character set, a collection of emoticons which has achieved recognition in Unicode 6.0! It really does include shamrock (U+1F340) and rainbow (U+1F308) symbols. There's actually no misty morning dew, though "Foggy" (U+1F301) is somewhat close.
