My TV has an odd handicap that I posted about long ago. It's got an integrated VCR (now nonfunctional), and all signals get piped through it. This means Macrovision copy protection kicks in when anything DVD got sent to my TV. I solved the problem by altering my DVD player's firmware, detailed in this post. At this point, anything over 22" is just ridonkulous for my apartment. And I don't think I'll go after one of those super-flat Sonys that weigh a ton. I just need something that throws a picture up there and isn't blurry.

If I did get the LCD, the same size restriction would apply. I could maybe go 25", but any bigger and I wouldn't know where to put it.
