one handed typing...
here is henry's cake. devil's food. chocolate ganache in the middle. whipped cream icing. chocolate ganache writing and drizzles. chocolate ganache is el rey 61%. whipped cream is 8 oz cream with about 1/4 c confectioners sugar. i will add a picture once we cut it.

She kept giving me the "crust", or the outside pieces. She would only eat the insides.

Wow, you're a really good cake decorator! That looks great- I'm impressed. Whenever I try to write something on a cake, it looks like it was written by a small child:p

Thanks. And this is not even a really good one. I have two things in my past that helped...1) I had to take writing/printing class for 1/2 a semester when in engineering school. There is a standard block print everyone had to use and 2) I used to decorate the cakes for a ice cream restaurant that sold cakes.

Happy 2nd Birthday to my handsome young grandson. Love the pictures. Just wish I could have been there. Our grand-babies are growing up so fast.
