Finally! I've been wondering for a while about innovation at google, since frankly for the last few years I saw none. If the underlying technology is scalable (I really hope so, from what I saw its very hard to believe it is) and if it takes off, it may change the web completely. Looks like it can swallow and make IMs, email, social networks, blogs, forums, collab tools etc completely obsolete.
When can you get me an "invite"? Please :)

if this would have an apple logo i would throw up. However I can tolerate ugliness from google, but it's not about the ugly interface. This interface (it seems) would require major overhaul to work for mobile devices.

Bringing graph theory to social interactions is cool though. Still, it feels incomplete. I mean, I feel fine using both email and chat at the same time, and wave, while being useful, will not replace any of it.
