Love it. And I love the nod toward 4.22 (and the finales of a better God :P)

Thank you - I'm happy that you enjoyed it. I've never really angry drabble written before, but it feels oddly cathartic. Thank you for stopping by :)

I was worried that the Bunker would collapse at the end of the episode, but I think it will withstand. Part of me would like to see an end to the Bunker and have the boys motel-skipping, but I also like them having a home base. And I love this, with Dean yelling for his Sammy, and am's hand twisting in his shirt. This would be a very sad ending for them. The highlight for me in the episode was Dean crying alone, because I am a sick puppy!

Yes, I know what you mean about the bunker. If I was wishing for things for the final season, it would be to strip back to the first season; so no more bunker, no more Cas, no more Jack, just back to the basics of Sam and Dean, and the open road.

Yes, Dean crying was a completely beautiful scene; seeing him isolated in his grief and putting on his game face for everyone else. I did love that, so thank you for the reminder (and hey, if you're a sick puppy for enjoying it, so am I and most of the people in this fandom ;)

"...back to the basics of Sam and Dean, and the open road." Yes, please! But I doubt it, although we'll hopefully get a couple of episodes like this.

I would love that! But like you say it's a bit of a long shot, but a girl can dream, right? I guess there's always fanfic - I'm sure we can all fix what we don't like ;)

There are so many things in this episode that made me angry, so this feels very fitting. Thank you! If there was one good thing about it, I’ll say that Sam looked exceptionally beautiful in that tight-fitting dark shirt during the funeral.

I'm with you. I was mad about a lot of it, but I don't want to be miserable about our Show, so I wrote an angry drabble (and hey, it kinda worked!!!) and I'm already feeling better seeing people share things positive things, proving that it wasn't ALL bad (even if it felt that way while I was watching!!) That shirt was very very lovely, and it was such a treat to see him not in plaid. Thank you for stopping by :)

Oof, well done. You can really feel the tension and their worry for each other.

I was also pretty angry about a lot of the episode, but I thought everyone's heartbreaking acting (especially the boys and Alexander Calvert) was really on point.

Thank you! I think maybe my frustration might have leaked into the drabble, but I'm happy about you enjoyed it.

Yes, there was a hell of lot of awesome acting going on! Thank you for sharing your positive thoughts, I'm feeling better about this episode now after all these comments :)

Oh my gosh...I don't mind so much the bunker going, if they're like this, like they were when Lucifer rose--terrified, but together.

Good things about the ep...Dean crying because I'm awful like that.
Actually, that last shot because it was SCARY!!

Thank you! Yes, I liked that comparison too; terrified but together (like with Lucifer). I do like the idea of next season them stripping it back to season one; no bunker, no Cas, no Rowena, no Jack, just the boys, the Impala and an open road.

Yes, I loved the lonely crying scene too (because we're ALL awful like that ;) and hell yes, that end scene was pretty scary!!!

Thank you for stopping by :)
