The blood dripping was so ominous! And I loved that in that scene, it was Sam and Mary who discovered Randy together--because as this drabble plays on, they're the two (live) people with the most connection to such a phenomenon. Positively eerie. And the way you further that here in Sam's nightmare--aah! I don't know what's going to happen to Mary, or where this season will take her, but for my sake (and Sam's!) I hope this is a dream foretells nothing. <3 Beautiful!

Thank you!!! It's very coincidental that the two people who have directly experienced both sides of this phenomenon then experience it as outsiders with Randy and Asa. But I love it, it feels very ominous and like you say, I don't know what they're trying to say, or what plans they have for Mary, but let's hope it's nothing like this.

Yes this is such a good way to explore what the show can't - the inside of Sam's head. And having that demon tap into what must be one of Sam's deepest horrors, and Mary's most horrific memory (assuming she does remember dying) was actually a pretty genius move from the new writers!

It was hard hitting for Sam and Mary to experience that again, and I agree, a great move from the new writer. I loved it!

Oh yes, bravo. I thought at the time -- the dripping blood -- what a genuine moment of horror. Mary and Sam. With their history. The looks on both of their faces... that was just crying out for further exploration, so thank you!
And the twins were so intriguing. I want more of them too!
