I loved how - at first - Dean didn't remember what had happened and then was horrified when he realized he was pointing his gun at Sam (again). My heart just about jumped out of my throat at the ending. No, Sammy!! No dead Sammys allowed! Right? Right?? Right????

Weirdly, this section was one of the first I wrote, the imagery was so clear in my head, Dean thinking he's been stalked but in reality it's an injured Sam making sure Dean's OK.

So filled with tension and goodness! Dean's memory lapse just adds to the guilt factor and stress. Where will he take Sam? Can he risk a hospital?
