Oh damn - I am so happy there are still people out there writing hurtSAM. This is an awesome start - a possessed Dean pounding the crap out of his brother? Loved Sam for not fighting back but awk - no, Dean!! Come back!!

I thought it was about time we saw a possessed Dean as well as how Sam would react. In my head he wouldn't want to fight back, especially in this early season.

I'm cheating slightly because this is an old fic that I've re-posted here from ffnet. Try as I might I'm struggling at the moment to write anything new, it's very frustrating. Take care :)

I hear you about the difficulty in writing anything new. I know for me, as most of the things I've loved about the show, haven't been a part of it, it makes it difficult for me to write.

The boys feel, too often, only like partners instead of a big brother and little brother team, and my muse feels choked.

And that season ender left me very disappointed with regards to where next season will start, and might go. But I am hoping that as I the summer goes on, my muse will spark with memory of what I used to love about the show.

I'm so pleased that you like this so far, I wanted Sam to be protective of Dean, to understand the situation and not want to hurt his brother, even though he's getting the short end of a rather violent stick!
