I think you've hit Amara's nail right on the head. She thinks God should be there to deal with her, talk to her, try to protect his creations. I see her point perfectly. If he's not, why shouldn't she move on with her own plans? Very nice?

I'm so happy you enjoyed this drabble. This episode really clarified Amara's position for me, and I feel like I understand her and her motivations a little more, so I thought I would explore that a little here.
Thank you so much for stopping by :)

I hope that one episode, suddenly, everything is all 'in Goddess we trust' and so on, like the Titanic episode? The New Reality where the Goddess Amara reigns supreme. And only Sam remembers how it used to be! :D

Man, you're just firing out all these wonderful fic ideas!!! I'd adore it they did that, especially if he entered season 12 that way, with everybody under her spell and Sam being the only one who's all 'er, what happened?' Love it!
Thank you so much for stopping by, it's always a joy to hear from you. :)

I'm a little on the fence on this one, 11.18. I liked how it gave us more explanations about the God/Lucifer/Amara situation. I think it's less about liking or enjoying it for me, but about the memorability of it...
Thanks for sharing!

Yes, I understand completely. It wasn't a particularity memorable episode, but I guess it took us from point A to point B, which was necessary to move us forward in the myth arc, but yeah, maybe not hugely exciting.
It's lovely to hear from you. Take care :)
