Thank you, what a wonderful comment! *hugs* I'm gutted to see her go too, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that she might come back (I mean she is a witch, and this is SPN!)

I wanted to explore her headspace a little, because it's so upsetting to see history sort of repeat itself in this way, with Rowena putting her trust in a man only be to betrayed. And that speech at the end to Crowley really touched me, and explained so much about her character. Thank you for stopping by :)

I would LOVE to see you delve inside her head, you do such justice to every piece you write :)

I know, I was GUTTED *for* her, and it explained so much about her personality!

That speech was perfectly written and perfectly acted by RC! I guess given its power, I should have seen her demise coming, but I honestly didn't. This episode was full of surprises and I thoroughly enjoyed it :)

It is so disturbing, to think she KNEW in those final seconds.

"Poor, stupid Rowena," one witch called her, but she wasn't stupid, just hungry to be special and to be followed and Lucifer knew it (or course). You captured all of this so well!

Thank you so much for your kind words. It is disturbing to think that these thoughts might have crossed her mind in her final moments, but I like to think that had grander plans and schemes (or still does, maybe she'll be back?)

And yes, I think that speech to Crowley gave us a fresher insight into who she was, and what she wanted and why. Like you say she wasn't stupid, she just trusted the wrong person, and that repeat of history must have stung her, I'm sure.

I'm sad to see her go, but I'm going to keep my fingers crossed. Thanks for stopping by, it's nice to hear from you and I hope all is well. Take care, :)

Oh...[weeps for Rowena]

I just... I couldn't believe she'd been so trusting. Not given her history. But maybe, as Freya922 said, she was just so hungry to be special that she let herself believe.

(Or she's engaged in a clever double-cross plot with Amara!) :D

Yes, I'm so sad to see her go, I just don't think I was ready, or at all prepared. It was a shock, but I guess after that speech about love being weakness I should have seen it coming.

It was hard to see her repeat history like that, trusting in the wrong person and getting burned again. But yes, I'm holding onto faith for your fic with an Amara and Rowena alliance :)

Thank you for stopping by, it's always lovely to hear form you :)

Oh I love how you linked what she sees in Lucifer's eyes to the blood, to the old possibility; birth and love. You get across how the promise of power blinds her--to be *needed* by such power ("he's so alpha", heh), to be not just the despised mother of the King of Hell but something grander...gets me thinking about witches & heaven and hell, such as they are in SPNverse. Thank you for this little vision of Rowena in her moment of recognition. I'm attached to her too, in all her possibilities.

What a lovely comment, thank you so much! It was gutting to see her go, I wasn't expecting that at all. But I think it was especially tragic seeing her repeat old mistakes and trust in the wrong person, all because she was blinded by power and the need to escape her past and who she was.

I'm going to keep my fingers crossed that she'll be back. Have you read the following fic, because it sold me to the possibility that all is not lost... http://zara-zee.livejournal.com/82262.html

Thank you for stopping by, it's great to hear from you. Take care, :)

This is perfect and so painful. Rowena was so much fun, I really hope we get to see her again. Gone too soon!

Thank you! It was painful to see her go, especially after that speech she gave; she has definitely gone too soon! But maybe we might see her again, she is a witch and her son is the king of hell *fingers crossed*

Thank you for stopping by my friend. Take care :)
