Thank you so much. Uberly nervous about this particular little beasty as was not only first time writing Locke but my first Locke/Claire fic. *bites nails* I was so worried it would suck I posted it before proper proof reading. One day I am seriously gonna have to invest in a beta reader.

Oh my God! It was wonderful - so sad, but so sweet. I just love the moments you've captured here and how Claire realizes that he will always belong on the island. He will. There's just no way around that. But he left the island for her *swoons* Love, love, love :-)

The physical details you included - like his hands softening - as he was away from the island were fantastic. I love how they're not just physical descriptions - but really give insight into how he feels.
