Ahavia's niece and daughter posted that Ahavia died last night. She had been in poor health but we thought she was doing better. She was a wonderful friend to many from the Oz fandom and will be missed. RIP Ahavia.

I'm doing well, thanks! Busier than ever, even in retirement. My online time is usually devoted to my Rod Taylor site and its accompanying Twitter and Facebook pages. I do have my own FB, which is http://www.facebook.com/djtomasik if you'd like to be friends :)

Shit!!! I just now saw this.

I too thought she was doing better; I swear I saw something on fb just last week that said so.

She's going to be missed and heavens do I miss the days when we were all younger and well and active on lj/dw.
