Dinner, since it was around 8 pm, but yes. I guess he wasn't used to quite such an audience (the zoo usually closes before dusk, this was a Night of the Cats thing they have every fall). And thanks!
The keepers put a few dead rats (I think that's what they were) up in the trees and this one braved the audiences and went to fetch one. He didn't quite trust us to let him eat it, though, and took it into the bushes to dispose of.
I really, really love the Cat Night at our zoo, since all the felines get fed in the space of a few hours so you get to see them be somewhat active.
Oh goodness, I was looking at the 3rd picture, thinking, "WTF is wrong with its face?!" and then I realized it was carrying something in its mouth... /slow
You watched this week's episode of HIMYM, yes? I just about died every time Barney joined in with the singing. God, it was just a nice feeling to laugh that hard :D
I think my favorite thing about the entire episode is how it makes total sense for Barney to be Barney, having grown up with the mother he has. And it was, I don't know, sweet in a way that HIMYM rarely manages these days. Yay!
