bubble baths are good. other than that, i can't know. i always have trouble sleeping no matter what I try. :\ Unless I have a migraine, in which case my migraine meds are REALLY good for helping me sleep. Sometimes I try just counting to like 10000000000000 in the hopes that eventually I will get so bored I will fall asleep. This has had very limited success, however. It might work better for you though? I sorry you are having trouble with sleep (>._.)>
