I had this track "Searching For Ground" in mind, which has a very Rolling Stones/ Elvis Costello vibe to it but needed some soul horns to complete it. And after Catch left today I felt we really ( Read more... )

Hello yo .. it's jarrah from Seattle ... I love catch-22 .. I've loved them since the first time I heard Keasby Nights, and I acctually just got "Dinosaur Sounds" in the mail today. Anyways .. Catch-22 laying horn tracks for you? That's beyond fantastic .. it's better than Jenga.

In college we made a Jenga club. If you form a club and have 5 reg. students as members, the school would give you $100 a semester to do as you wish. We bought a couple sets of Jenga and a shit load of munchies.

Good I miss college.

cheated on...yeah definitely...you know how it goes: you're madly "involved" (i wouldnt really consider it love now) with your high school sweet heart...all is great and then one day you get that strung-out, bullshit phone call of her sobbing about how you dont talk anymore and you should go your seperate ways. whatever. THEN, the kicker is when five days later she already has a new dude attached to her hip and you find out that she cheated on you with him...a MONTH prior to break up and that it's her best friend's boyfriend's best friend and that you've been getting sloppy seconds from your g/f who's fucking sum silly redneck. well lemme tell ya, i beat his nascar luvin ass...

good luck with the rest of the album...can't wait to hear it

catch 22 are ska gods to me.

I've never been cheated on but my best friend has. I've felt like I've been cheated on. I member I liked this kid one time, had the biggest crush on him for about 9months. Love at first sight. I thought he liked me too and everyone told me he did. Then I introduced him to my best friend hoping she would put in some good words for me. Then he told me..after talking to her about three times that he liked her a lot. And she knew it. And she told me he liked me. When she flat out knew that he didnt. Actually..it turned out everyone in my school knew that he liked her. And no one cared to tell me. And now they are together and are pretty damn stuck up if you ask me.
