Sadly, yes! I had to give Ianto something that would enable him to stay with Jack forever because that's where he belongs. Hopefully I will have a new story up for Reel Torchwood, and I am planning a different AU as well.

I had this saved to read the whole thing in one go, then lost track of it somehow. So when I saw you start posting "Born This Way" I realized I still hadn't read it. Duh! Now I've finished it and it was fantastic!

All of the characters were written perfectly. I loved the whole premise of Ianto as a demon fighting for Jack's soul against none other than John Hart, as an angel no less. Tosh and Owen being best friends, Tommy being Owen's brother and Tosh's boyfriend, Saxon and Lucy demons, Rhys a Hellhound and lastly, Gwen as Ianto's nastier than nasty demon boss. You couldn't have chosen better and every one was perfectly in character. Also, I want a grandpa like Jack's.

I absolutely loved this from beginning to end. Now I'm off to catch up on "Born This Way".

Brilliant! Glad you enjoyed it. I had fun matching the characters to these parts. And yes, Grandpa is quite special. There will be more of him in the next part.

I can't say enough about this story except I LOVED IT. I was drawn in at each word after a while and felt all the love and pain that Jack, Ianto, John,and Gray went through. I also enjoyed the feels of Tosh, and Owen. I felt for Jack's family as well. Your writing is great can't wait to read some more. Thank you for sharing.
