So I was sitting here watching this movie that I didn't know the name of and thinking that it had the craziest, most ridiculous, most poorly written script I'd ever seen. I mean, the dialogue, characters, and plot were all over the top and just plain batshit weird. It was beyond being merely stilted and overly expository...it was like some bizarre

Did my own reaction post to this one a while ago.

And Ayn Rand is BEYOND batshit. Given the damage that Objectivists have done to the world economy over the decades, in ways that have tangibly sacrificed millions of actual lives, I'd actually rank Rand's writings as being at least as evil as Mein Kampf (and yes, I did just invoke Godwin, because I would put Rand on an equal footing with Hitler for crimes against humanity).

Hahaha! Great minds think alike and all that. My reaction was totally the same as yours. I too couldn't stop thinking about Twilight because of the uncomfortable, TMI sex fantasy feel of the whole thing, especially with the VERY freaky "Real Women Luv Rape" angle. Funny thing related to the slash fangirl thing you were talking about: while watching it, I couldn't help but think that it felt like one of those kinky Doctor/Master fics, with Ten as the loony, rape-hungry woman, of course. :)

ROFL, I just read this on Facebook too. I actually kinda want to see this movie now....it sounds that awful. And you know how I'm drawn to awful.

Seriously, this was pretty damn funny and would be a great addition to any Bad Movie Night. :)
