Gothy Beads and jewelry parts at Joann's

The Blue Moon bead collection has come out with a new line called "Noir" that features gothy pieces. I picked up large black metal link chain for my mourning outfit. Perfect for mourning jewelry and a pocket watch chain! I can pretend it's antique vulcanite link chain. Collection also contains pendants large and small such as crosses and skulls

I have to say. You get some great deals and lots of things that I cannot get here in NYC. It makes me happy for you but sad for me. =(

I was just at my Joann's this weekend and did not see the pretty line you just described.

I hope they stock these items soon!!

I should have thought of this: it was at the Joann Superstore. I didn't see it at the regular Joann's either. I bet it will show up at Michael's arts and crafts!

I hope so! I usually buy up tons of crosses this time of year for my art and jewelry making. This year I am having serious issues finding large crosses. I am going to Michael's and AC Moore this weekend to check again.

Where on earth is there a Joann Superstore? Do they have more fabric selections compared to the normal chain?

Yes, lots more choices for each line. For instance, they have like 10 more linen colors than the regular Joann's, more varied trims, tons more home dec, way more beads/jewelry, etc. They also carry tools I can't find at the regular Joann's such as a bead embroidery tool.

I'll have to look for that. There's another antiquey collection called Manor House. I got a chandelier charm for a rococo project.
