What a cock up!

Got up at 5am yesterday, drove to temp job, spent 5 hours doing crappy admin....THEN found out that they thought that I was the PERMANENT person they'd asked for, not a temp!!! Got sent home. BOLLOCKS!! There goes the deposit for my course.

You should still get paid for the hours you worked though.

I hopefully will get paid...if not I'll have to remind my agency that they tried to pull a fast one by sending someone that they knew perfectly well wasn't interested in permanent work!

You were there, you did the work, they owe you for the hours. Simple as that.

It is, and I WILL get paid. The deposit for my course is 10% of the total fee...£370. I was counting on this job to pay for it, and i'm mighty annoyed with the agency now. Bastards!!
