Well, there's ss/hp/sb fic (even two) by lj user nimori (her site link is at her userinfo) that you might like (if you haven't read them).

Also, Millicent/Lucius could be very good, if done well. Or in the very least quite interesting.

well, as long as it's not along the lines of a Hermione's time turner breaks and she gets sent back to the time of the Marauders sort of fic, I'd be happy.

Erm, how about not quite full out war but rather Very Serious Conflict. I mean, not it would be war if it wasn't for some serious sneakinesses by Hermione and Lucius.
