Yeah, we're keeping cool. Thursday was the worst day, and we went to the mall that still had power (at that point); Friday, after Bastard Storm #2, it really cooled off, so we were fine. Just had to deal with candles and flashlights and really wild things.

You had no power for theee days? In this heat? Oh my God.... I think I would be passed out, if that had happened down here (Houston).

The heat actually wasn't that bad after Friday afternoon...and we haven't had A/C all summer, so we were used to it. But the hospitals around here have been full of people with heat stroke (or CO poisoning from trying to run a generate, or food poisoning from cheating on the spoiled groceries, or...) It's been pretty nuts.
