Agh, oh my god, this is incredible... the level of detail! (The sequins on Girl!Gary's dress!!!) HOW ARE YOU SO GOOD?! (Also Girl!Howard is ridiculously pretty... why is she not real so I can date her? XD)

Oh so gorgeous! And a brilliant concept! They were absolutely marketed like girls, I know exactly what you mean. They're instantly recognisable in their female forms, and I like how you got the 90s feel too. Can't wait to read the fic now!
