Fourth Doctor at Big Finish

I must be really weird.

I loved (and still enjoy) the Fourth Doctor on tv.
I love - with very few exceptions - the Big Finish audio productions.

I really do have NO interest in ever owning any of the new Fourth Doctor audios. And I cannot, for the life of me, figure out why.

I like the idea of the audios more than I usually like the audios. My brain doesn't quite work as well listening as watching and listening or reading. I keep trying, especially for Turlough or Jamie though!

To be honest, I've been so busy filling in the gaps I've got in the really old releases so I that I almost didn't notice there were new Turlough things. I have SO many gaps and the old ones are SO much cheaper that I don't feel too guilty treating myself to one a month.

I don't know how old the ones I've been listening to are... probably very? I bought/acquired a bunch when there was a big sale and that was a year or two ago? Maybe longer? I also go weeks *coughs* months *coughs* between listening and then sometimes have to go back and listen to old ones....

I did just listen to a Five one with Turlough, Nyssa and Tegan that really featured Turlough and his backstory that was really good- Kiss of Death.

Which - of course - was 2 releases after my newest one!. *g*
I'll have to put it on my Next Big Finish Sale wishlist.
