I just googled profiteroles to see what they were and WOW YUM, although they look really complicated to make.

Easy they are not *nods a lot*, but youngest child has been wanting to make some for ages so I bought a cook book with pictures and we tackled them together *g*. He also wants to make chantilly cream for them!

Well he's a bloke, isn't he? Bloke logic tells him that if he can make pancakes be can make choux pastry (because they are both eggs and flour and liquid) and cream is just cream, right? Right??
