HEE I've just come in from cutting the grass and was about to hit your journal to do just that!
I'm in the living room at my mother's - it's not a room I normally use AND there's a very ANNOYING noise drifting around. It's like some kind of elecronic 'bong' with added reverb...
I hate things like that, especially as I have very little directional hearing. I hear a noise and I have no bloody idea *where* the hell it is coming from - cue lots of frantic running around and cursing until I find out. Your noise actually sounds like one of my clocks...
If you *really* want to read something of mine that's like nothing else you'd read, there's my latest offering which is complete crack and a crossover universe that I think might be totally unique.
I was thinking of getting to know Shannon but complet crack crossover will work too :D
I have pretty good directional hearing, which is how I know the noise is coming form next door and there isn't a thing I can do to get it to stop! At first I thought it was an alarm clock - but it didn't do that getting louder and more frenzied the longer it went on thing like alarm clocks tend to. It. Just. Kept. On and On. Relentlessly.
I say kept... my body is vibrating right now, still convinced it is going to start up again the moment I hit 'post'.
Do you still have my little story? (Note, if so - you do NOT need to get right to it - I wouldn't have time to do much with it anyway at the moment. Take some free time and relax and read!)
Now that is scary! Only, as Rusty had to remind me - I do actually have something of hers that I have to admit I had simply forgotten about in the midst of the frenzy leading up to TARDIS Big Bang final deadline.
I've promised myself to try and write NO FANFIC through the end of July to really make progress on the novel. Then I'll go into over-drive working on fics for the Halloween party. (Although I think I'll have to put out one last real!Jack fic before the shit-storm.)
