There were only 3 adults there which was good and one of them was the girl I used to work out with so she knew what I was and wasn't capable of. And one of the senseis - bless him - gave me a very gentle work out when everyone else was in randori... Sorry I'm going on it's just that I'm just *so* pleased with myself :D

oh yes we are closed today (lots of other places are not) but i have to work a 12 hour shift tomorrow in the madness
there may be brains exploding
