Out of curiosity, how do you play Ultimate when it's all wintery out and such?

We play indoors in the field house. Our field is comprised of two basketball courts, two tennis courts, part of the track, and a covered up long jump pit.
That being said, last Sunday we were able to go outside and play on the practice football field.
