Book Rec and Plea To Mother Nature

So the sixth book in the PsyCops series, GhosTV, by Jordan Castillo Price is out!

I have the wierdest reaction to each new book of this series: I want to read the new book!  But I'm always inexplicably terrified she's going to break the pairing up or make it a threesome!  Do not want!  So maybe I shouldn't read the new book!  Then I mutter and ( Read more... )

reading, recs, weather, random

At some point I will have to get around to reading the Psycop series. I actually own two, I think. I suppose I was thrown off it by reading the Petit Morts stories as I didn't care her stories in it. But I've seen many a recommendation, and so will get around to it someday! Must get the books off my old computer first, along with all my other files...

*pets* Even Canadia will have warm weather eventually!

Heh. Well, the first one probably isn't going to inspire you with a burning need to read the best, but they improve as they go along. :D

I firmly believe Winter WILL end this year... I just hope it's soon or we might miss the Lilacs next month! It sounded like you still have snow as well?

Ah. I will keep that in mind.

We do still have snow here and there, anywhere it was particularly deep, or dirty. But it is much easier to ignore, now. Just keep eyes averted from the ditches and edges of the woods, and the neighbor's house with a 4 ft. high pile still where the roof dumps. O_o

Sounds like that pile may be there a while still! LOL

Averting the eyes works! I was admiring the occasional patch of less-brown grass last week, but yesterday and today I shall just have to avoid windows... *grin* We're having snow squalls again today...
