1) Season 1 of
Haven - It's actually enjoyable, and I'm looking forward to the remaining episodes of the season.
2) Season 2 of
Rabbit Fall! (It's a Canadian show...why can I not buy the DVD, given that I live in, oh, CANADA. Grr. I want to watch season 1! LOL) I do not understand how this is not based on a series of paranormal mystery books.

Not that I necessarily think that Dale's brain is lying lying to him, but I was right there with Jas when he was telling Dale that he wouldn't let Dale talk that way about anyone else, so why should he let Dale talk that way about himself?
It was a good chapter. Can't wait to find out more about those dreams of Dale's. *_*

I like the idea of calling them ANTs...makes them seem much less significant than they do when you don't notice them for what they are!
The authors do a wonderful job of showing how a person's brain can completely work against them when they're not paying attention. Dale's realization after his run that the yet again his perfectionism has been helping him blow up the situation into a much bigger deal than it actually was is very familiar to me. Hindsight, why are you so mean? LOL
The authors do an amazing job of getting into Dale's head, and also showing that it's a process for him...sometimes he improves like crazy, and other times he falls right back into the habits he's working on getting rid of.
Can't wait to find out more about those dreams of Dale's. *_*I'm afraid that last bit of ( ... )

Yes, I was thinking Gerry, too. Hm. And he calls out to Philip...? But then, even in his dream he knew if was a recurring nightmare, just not his. So the incident probably happened before he tried to hustle David, but the nightmare was something he experienced at the house. And probably not until he was starting to trust Philip and feel safe enough to process his trauma.
He believes all of that, knows this is Gerry's/Luath's whoever's dream, knows things about the ghosts, and then has to rationalize it as imagination. How is he explaining his imagination matching Jasper's?
Yes, that sweater... I wonder about that incident, too. Especially because he had forgotten about that house for a bit. It might just be because it was his grandparents' house and they didn't stay long, but I wonder if there was some other trauma that happened that he blocked out. Something that caused them to move, maybe? Or maybe not.

...I came close to missing my bus yesterday morning because I couldn't resist reading it. *grin* I think perhaps I shouldn't check in the mornings either!!

That part amused me greatly... He's swung back and forth on the real/imagination thing before, but it's pretty funny at this point when there's such a wealth of evidence! :D
That's pretty much what I was thinking about Gerry, too - the nightmares were when he was safe with Phillip and David, but based on his earlier days. I believe in one of the stand-alones there's a bit about Gerry's pre-ranch days? Hmm...Have to go looking for that some time...
