I was at Whole Foods a couple of weeks ago. I finished my shopping, counted my items, and hopped in the express lane. A moment later, a woman and her son wheeled in behind me. She counted her items and discovered too many, so she moved one lane over to the non-express lane ( Read more... )

Five-year-olds are easily fooled - it would be hard to convince someone much older that you were really a normaler.

My grandmother used to love telling the story of how three-year-old me freaked out when she went to open the knife drawer because "that drawer's dangerous!"
