I was alarmed to realize that something has been done with the charming, dysfunctional toilet in my cement back yard. It had been simply picturesque nestled between two lemon trees. I had been meaning to clean it off, to make it shiny again

The last time I saw a man in a wheel chair going down the street late at night, he ran into me. We were going opposite directions down the street, and he swerved into me while I kept slowing down. In the end I was stopped so he could get around and he ran into me head on. It was weird. I finally got away when he came around the side and tried to get into the car. I managed to lock the door before he could get to it and drove off. I suspect he was cruising the streets waiting for someone to hit him so he could sue them or get insurance money or something. That, or he was insane. My bet is both, but either way...
