Cool! Don't forget to keep to that program regularly in between sessions and prepare for your post-workout recovery periods. Gotta eat clean, get protein, etc.
Yeah. This whole "eat every 3 hours" thing might be difficult to stick to. So far, so good.... I'm on my second mini-meal of the day. No protein yet, but I've got grains and dairy - lunch will have protein and fruit, and I'll probably go nuts on vegetables tonight. I have a half-hour workout scheduled after work.
