I can try and assist with beta if you would like? It depends on the fandom, but characterization is near and dear to my heart, so I could be good on that score. :)

I would like this. :D It's a Doom/Star Trek crossover that wanders into the alternate universe tag after a point. Also, it'll be a little time before I work out the major issues of the re-write, and add an extra section or two before I ship it out semi-unfinished. My major problem normally turns out to be Spock, because I feel like I've turned him into a robot or something similar most of the time.

I can certainly understand that! I'll look forward to seeing it. :) LJ email or firebluemeridian [at] gmail [dot] com - either will work whenever you get to that point.

Don't be surprised if you see an email by raineshandris@gmail.com (my temporary non-personal/non-work email address).

Sounds like you've been busy. I'm really excited about your fanmix! And your fic. I see you've already got a volunteer beta. Woo! And that prompt link? Is super kinky 0.O Wow. Haha but it would be cool to see what you'd come up with.

Yes, I've been a bit busy, but sadly not on the things I want to accomplish (like my fic). I think I may have another song to add in, but I need to double check the lyrics to see if they mesh the way I want. I still need at least two more after that, with one needing to go between Muse and DCFC, then the (probably) last one going wherever it feels best.

The more the merrier with betas, if you were interested. The goal was to get each individual part beta'd as they were written, (I'm on one of three) then post them all together in one lump sum (much) later on. And as for that prompt, I've been thinking a take on the Mirror!verse. Because that's the only place I could see Kirk doing something like that.
